Strong to Severe Thunderstorms Sunday. Here's who sees the best chance at storms.
Sunday morning starts breezy, warm, and muggy. Sunshine stays behind the clouds as storms cruise into SE Texas by Sunday afternoon.
The storms are triggered by a frontal boundary that will continue to move east, bringing the threat of strong to severe storms through late Monday morning.
The strongest storms are likely to set up north of I-10. These scattered storms could bring in locally heavy downpours that may lead to ponding, hail, and strong winds. While the tornado threat is low, it's important to note that it's not zero.
Temperatures remain warm in the low to mid-80s Sunday and Monday.
